IMPORTANT NOTICE
UNAUTHORIZED SALE OF FARMASI PRODUCTS
VIA THIRD PARTY E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS
Pursuant to our Notification dated 17th June 2025, the Management reiterates that the promotion and sale of Farmasi products via third party e-commerce platforms is strictly prohibited by the Company. Farmasi Influencers shall not advertise, promote and/or sell Farmasi products either directly or indirectly via any e-commerce platform.
The unauthorized sale of Farmasi products via third party e-commerce platforms constitutes a very serious infringement of the Company policy. The Company will not hesitate to suspend and/or terminate the Distributorship of any Farmasi Influencer found doing so. The Company has in fact forwarded this matter to the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Living Costs for further action as we are governed by the aforesaid regulatory body.
Apart from the above the Company further reserves the exclusive right to seek legal redress against any Farmasi Influencer who either directly or indirectly fails to adhere to the Company policy.
Kindly be reminded of the above notification.
