SHIPPING POLICY

 

At FARMASi, we want to get your product orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • All items in your order must be shipped to a single address.

  • In stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days for West Malaysia and 5-7 business days for East Malaysia after the order is picked up from the warehouse.  Expect delays during festivities and sales promotion period.

  • Tracking information is immediately sent to you once the order ships.

  • If any items in your order are out of stock, the full amount will be refunded to you.

  • A valid Malaysia address is required for all deliveries. 

  • Farmasi’s preferred shipping vendors are Ninja Van and DHL.

    Note: Orders in transit to East Malaysia by DHL may take longer than usual due to customs clearance process at checkpoint.

  • If your parcel received is not in good condition or if your product is damaged and/or defective inside the parcel or products received incomplete, please contact our Customer Service at Email: customercare-malaysia@farmasi.com or Raise a Ticket via your personal dashboard within 3 days from order received date. Any feedback received after 3 days will not be entertained. Please also provide the following for investigation :

1. Photo of Airway Bill label and fragile sticker on top of the box

2. Photo of the outer box if it is dented or not in good condition before opening the box

3. Open the box and take photo/video of the overall products internal packaging

4. Photo of each damaged product complete with photos of bubble wrap

Return Policy

Refunds and Product Returns.

 

You agree that if you resell the products directly to a customer (“Retail Customer”), you will adhere to the Company’s 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and shall provide a full refund of all monies paid if the Retail Customer returns the products to you within fourteen (14) days of the sales transaction. The products must be in its original packaging, unused/unopened and in good, sellable condition. The products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the actual delivery date (online)/purchase date (at Shop).
